Joey Bothwell

Joey is ecstatic to be back on stage producing and starring in her fourth Fringe Festival production. Her 2018 production of Cowboy Mouth won an HHFF Encore award and the Fringe Runway Costume Contest. Joey has had the privilege to work for over two decades in theatre, film and television as a dancer, actor, choreographer and has proudly owned and operated J.Bothwell Productions since 2005. Joey has been in numerous television shows on ABC, CW and USA networks, as well as gracing the screen with Oscar winner Halle Berry and Stellan Skarsgård in the Golden Globe nominated "Frankie and Alice.” Joey’s next appearance on the silver screen will hit theaters this summer alongside horror legend Robert Englund in “Natty Knocks”, where she plays the title character.

Kamal John Iskander- Writer/ Director

After winning 7 awards for his short film Jesus Comes To Town with 30 international official selections, Iskander went on to place twice in the Academy Nicholl Fellowship. His feature script collaboration, Montreal Girls, was produced in Canada and had its world premiere at Cinequest Film Festival in 2022. It won Best Feature at Los Angeles International Film Festival and opens in theaters in June 2023.

Ohad Bitton- “Ramsey Ramone”


Ohad is happy to make his Hollywood Fringe return since 2018 with 

Goodbye Charles.  Other theater credits include The Front Page, Danny & the Deep Blue Sea, Blood Wedding, A Street 

Car Named Desire.  TV and Film Credits, Better Things (FX), Imani, Dead & Gone, & Mark Mary & Some Other People which made 

its world debut at the Tribeca Flim Festival and won the Best Screenplay in a US Narrative Feature.  

When Ohad is not acting he enjoys doing a lot of nothing.  He'd like to thank everyone for attending.

Jenna Zhu- “Actress”/ “Hostess”

Jenna Zhu is thrilled to be making her L.A. theater debut! She is a recent transplant from NYC (by way of a pandemic pit stop hoto me in Dallas). Favorite past credits include "Persuasion" (Bedlam), "You Across From Me" (Actors Theatre of Louisville), "White Pearl" (Studio Theatre), "Bad News… i was there" (Guthrie Theater/NYU), "God Said This" (Lincoln Center Theatre), plus developmental works for Manhattan Theatre Club, MCC Theater, Playwrights Horizons, Clubbed Thumb, the New Group, the Juilliard School, the Kennedy Center, and Musical Theatre Factory, among others. Sean Hemeon- “Majordomo” / “Ex- Agent”/ “Gordo”

Sean Hemeon is an LA-based actor and writer. His TV credits include the CW’s first gay newlywed sitcom Husbands, Rake (Fox), Criminal Minds (CBS), True Blood (CBS), and As the World Turns (CBS). He has appeared onstage at Boston Court Pasadena, Macha Theatre, and South Coast Rep. More recently, he produced and starred in last year’s Hollywood Fringe Encore Award Winning show Cock which was picked up as the LA LGBT Center’s 2023 Inaugural show for its first-ever theatrical season. 

Dustyn Schmidt- Stage Manager

Dustyn Schmidt, affectionately known as “Schmidt” by friends and colleagues is a classically trained actor, filmmaker, and crew member. He has made his commanding presence known as part of American repertory theaters from the bay area of Northern California, the Oregon Shakespeare Festival, and is currently working in Los Angeles. Schmidt has been known to do stand up comedy, film, and TV all over the greater LA area and threatens to continue.
